THE GOLDEN GATE DISTRICT VIDEO LENDING LIBRARY
We have a great selection of videos available for review by District members. Policies and procedures for checking out videos, and a list of the videos currently available are outlined below.
Policies 1. Only District members may check out videos. 2. Tapes / DVDs are to be returned within 14 days of receipt. 3. Tapes / DVDs must be returned via priority mail. 4. There is no cost to the borrower except for the cost of mailing. 5. Only one tape/dvd may be checked out at a time.
Procedures 1. Requests for a video may be by e-mail to: Jenny Kimball
2. A person requesting a video must provide their name, address, home phone number, and the title of the video being requested.
3. If the video requested is out, the persons name will be placed on a waiting list, and the person notified as such by the video librarian.
4. The borrower may be invoiced the cost of the video if not returned within 30 days.

9. Functional Exercise Program Part Two: Self Mobilization - (VHS) By Ilana Parker, PT, Feldenkrais teacher. A video on stretches and self mobilization using rollers. An instructional booklet accompanies the video.
10. Functional Kinetics: Swiss Ball Exercises -(VHS) By Susanne Klein-Vogelbach. Video shows both the patient and the therapist how to carry out the ball exercises in the book Ball Exercises in Functional Kinetics, in which the theory and analysis are explained.
