Golden Gate District Scholarships

Participation is through nomination by a Golden Gate District PT or PTA member only.
Students may request to be nominated by a teacher, advisor, or clinical instructor.

Nomination Criteria:
Leadership
APTA Involvement
Promotion of Physical Therapy
Community Involvement

CPTA Student Mentorship Program

The CPTA is now offering a student mentor program to link PT and PTA students with mentors. The mentorship program allows PT and PTA students to network with and learn from professionals working in a particular specialty. The students will be linked with professionals in the local area. Contact the CPTA office via phone at (800) 743-2782 or e-mail sdefoe@ccapta.org.

You can have your Perkins loans cancelled working as a Physical Therapist!

Your Perkins loans will be cancelled by working over a period of 5 years!
Upon your exit interview from Physical Therapy school ask your financial aid advisor about this program
